SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We ship Monday through Friday. Orders usually take 1–2 business days to process and ship. During busy periods such as sales or new releases, please allow up to 3 business days unless stated otherwise. We do not ship on weekends.

• Please note: when an item is marked as a pre-order, your entire order will ship once that item arrives at our warehouse. If you include other items in the same order, they will also be delayed. To receive them sooner, please place separate orders.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders begin processing immediately after purchase, and any changes made afterward are not guaranteed.

• If the package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will receive store credit for the subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping). If the package is misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, it is non-refundable.

• All U.S. orders will include a tracking number.

SALES

• Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We want you to love your purchase, so if your item is deemed defective by Maizon Noir, you will be eligible for a replacement of the same item or store credit, as determined by us.

• Orders cannot be modified, altered, or canceled once they are placed. For more information, please check out our FAQ page.

• In the event of delays, lost, or stolen packages, please contact our Customer Care Team by email to file a claim. The shipping carrier will then attempt to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim is filed, we will wait for the carrier's results before proceeding further.

• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, or carrier issues.

REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are unsatisfied with a regular-priced item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

All returns must be sent with a valid tracking number and be accompanied by the original packing slip.

Paintings must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All sale items are final.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected (please allow 3–7 business days), we will notify you by email. If approved, store credit will be issued for eligible returned items.

Maizon Noir does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse any shipments from MaizonNoir.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any store credit issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

In the event of delayed, lost, or stolen packages, please contact our Customer Care Team by email to file a claim. The shipping carrier will attempt to locate your package as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, we will wait for the carrier's findings before determining the next steps.

One recommendation: since Maizon Noir sells furniture and wall art, you should replace the sentence that currently says "Paintings must be unused..." with "Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received." That way the policy covers all of your products instead of only paintings.
